Po \u00faspe\u0161nej prvej f\u00e1ze, kde sme minimalizovali probl\u00e9my s vlhkos\u0165ou pomocou rekupera\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<\/strong>, sme sa s klientom zamerali na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed kritick\u00fd bod<\/strong> \u2013 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 straty cez okn\u00e1 na severnej strane budovy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Na z\u00e1klade na\u0161ej diagnostiky sme identifikovali, \u017ee severn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 budovy je chladnej\u0161ia<\/strong> a menej komfortn\u00e1, pri\u010dom tepeln\u00e9 straty cez okn\u00e1 zvy\u0161ovali n\u00e1klady na vykurovanie<\/strong>. Cie\u013eom bolo zlep\u0161i\u0165 tepeln\u00fa izol\u00e1ciu okien<\/strong>, zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 ich povrchov\u00fa teplotu<\/strong> a eliminova\u0165 tepeln\u00fd most, ktor\u00fd sp\u00f4soboval diskomfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V r\u00e1mci podrobnej anal\u00fdzy sme vykonali:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tieto v\u00fdsledky jednozna\u010dne uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee existuj\u00face skl\u00e1 nesp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa po\u017eadovan\u00e9 izola\u010dn\u00e9 vlastnosti<\/strong>. V d\u00f4sledku toho doch\u00e1dzalo k vzniku tepeln\u00fdch mostov<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u0161ovali energetick\u00fa n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 budovy a zni\u017eovali tepeln\u00fd komfort na severnej \u010dasti budovy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ako \u010fal\u0161\u00ed krok sme klientovi odporu\u010dili:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tento krok bol s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou druh\u00e9ho bodu<\/strong> n\u00e1\u0161ho postupn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu na optimaliz\u00e1ciu energetick\u00fdch str\u00e1t.
